It's slammed to the ground with virtually no ground clearance. From the side profile it looks like a sport compact Veyron. Very sleek, fantastic profile, 80's neon retro colour splashes all make this concept pop.
It does feature horizontal LED headlamps and the wheels must be 22" or maybe even larger. The cockpit appears to have no convention at all, it was obviously designed by Vulcan Swiss Watch makers. It is an EV, yet it has a roof scoop...diabolical.
I have to say I can't really even tell if it has a steering wheel, but most concept cars never really have real interiors till they are made. Although this is obviously just a design experiment. I for one think it looks superlative and wouldn't be surprised to see this in the new TRON movie coming out soon.
