Peugeot RCZ Sports Coupe

Not being in a market that Peugeot sells its cars in hurts from time to time.  This is one of those times, the Peugeot RCZ is a fantastic looking car.  Although I do blink sometimes and see a lot of 1st gen TT in its rear haunches,  the front is very different.

No matter how you shake it, I like it.  The RCZ went from concept to production almost unchanged, similar to the Pontiac Solstice.  The RCZ's main rivals in Europe come from the Focus ST, VW Scirocco, Audi TT and the Audi A3.

The RCZ is a FF 2+2, so only small children or luggage will likely be comfortable there.  Under hood there are:  a 1.6L turbo gasoline engine and a turbo diesel, the petrol makes 156 to 200 hp and the diesel rolls in at 163.  All engines are available with a 6 spd manual transmission, an automatic is up for grabs in the petrol.
